Request a Medical Case Review

MedBridge provides non-clinical coordination and decision support, not diagnosis or treatment. Share your primary condition or procedure, your main question, and any medical records you already have. We first check the information for completeness and service fit, then explain the next applicable coordination pathway.

What You Need to Provide

  • Country and reliable contact information
  • Primary condition or procedure
  • Your main question or concern
  • Whether you already have medical records

Frequently asked questions

These answers explain the first-step case-review process, timing, privacy, and the difference between a Case Review and a Second Opinion.

Is this a medical intake, or a first-step case review?

It is a structured first-step case-review intake. It collects the minimum information needed to understand your question, record availability, and possible coordination path; it does not provide a diagnosis or replace clinical care.

Do I need to upload my complete medical records now?

No. Record upload is optional at the first step. You can indicate whether records are available and a coordinator can guide you on what is most useful to provide next.

How soon can I expect a response?

The initial coordinator response goal is within 24–48 hours after a complete submission. Specialist review timing depends on case complexity, completeness, specialty, and clinical availability.

How is a Case Review different from a Second Opinion?

Case Review is the main entry point for understanding your situation, organizing the relevant information, and identifying the appropriate next pathway. Second Opinion is the higher-intent pathway for a defined diagnosis or treatment question where you are seeking an additional clinical perspective.

Do I need to travel before I know whether I’m a fit?

No. The case-review pathway is designed to help you clarify possible next steps before making a major travel, payment, or treatment commitment.

What happens if this is an emergency?

This service is not for medical emergencies. Seek urgent local medical care when immediate attention is required.
